Starting in FY18 (9/1/17 – 8/31/18), annual faculty contracts will no longer be issued as the previous contract included an auto-renewal statement. Instead faculty will receive a document titled FY18 Faculty Compensation and Workload which will detail the rank, tenure status, contract type, major responsibilities, FTE allocation in each major area and salary for the fiscal year. Please note that the planned percent allocation in each area from the most recent evaluation should match the FTE allocation on the form. **This does not apply to 1115 Waiver faculty** – Please contact Faculty Affairs for Waiver Contract templates.
Note: October 13th is the deadline to have renewal documents submitted to the Faculty Affairs Office.
