The Salary Administration-Faculty policy (6.108) was approved on July 18, 2011 by the Executive Team and President. The associated UNTHSC Faculty Compensation Plan Guidelines (FCP) and school/college faculty workload documents were also approved as part of the policy and will be used for this contract period.

Starting in FY18 (9/1/17 – 8/31/18), annual faculty contracts were no longer issued as the previous contracts include an auto-renewal statement. Faculty will receive a document titled Faculty Compensation and Workload (FCW) which details the rank, tenure status, contract type, major responsibilities, FTE allocation in each major area and salary for the fiscal year. Please note that the planned percent allocation in each area from the most recent evaluation should match the FTE allocation on the form.
Note: October 12th is the deadline to have renewal documents submitted to the Faculty Affairs Office.
