The Salary Administration-Faculty policy (6.109) was recently revised and approved in June 2019 and will be used for this contract period. The associated UNTHSC Faculty Compensation Plan Guidelines (FCP) are still under revision.

Annual Renewal FY22 (9/1/2021 – 8/31/2022)
Starting in FY18, annual faculty contracts were no longer issued as the previous contracts include an auto-renewal statement. Faculty will receive a document titled Faculty Compensation and Workload (FCW) which details the rank, tenure status, contract type, major responsibilities, FTE allocation in each major area, and salary for the fiscal year.
