Faculty Evaluation Timeline

Faculty are to submit their FY25 Goals using semester dates Fall 24-Summer 25. September 16th – October 31st

Faculty should update their Profile and Activities sections within Interfolio as this will generate the Annual Faculty Activity Report (FAR) which is a component of the End of Year (EOY) Performance Report. May 1st – June 20th

The 2023-2024 End of Year (EOY) Performance Review opens campus-wide on June 23rd.

Faculty will be required to complete their self-appraisals by July 11th.

All direct supervisors will complete a faculty evaluation for faculty (hired before March 1) by July 31st.

Direct supervisors should schedule one-on-one performance review discussion meetings with the faculty. August 1st – August 15th

Faculty sign off on their faculty evaluation. The FY25 faculty evaluation process concludes. August 16th – August 31st
