Adjunct Faculty Reappointment
Adjunct faculty are granted appointment for up to three-year. Prior to the appointment termination date:
- Faculty Affairs will remind the departments to run a report using the Adjunct Faculty Management System to obtain a list of appointments due to expire.
- Departments select which appointments the chair intends to reappoint or not renew.
- Departments prepare the reappointment packet using the appropriate checklist and upload it into the Adjunct Faculty Management System.
- Faculty Affairs will prepare and send to the department reappointment letters through the Adjunct Faculty Management System.
