Workers’ Compensation

The Workers’ Compensation Employee Packet needs to be filled out by the employee if an injury occurs while on the job. Please return the packet to the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator in Human Resources as soon as possible in order to expedite that claim filing process and to allow the Safety Office to perform any necessary investigations.
