Classroom and Events Technology Support provides support for lecture audio recording and event video recording and streaming.
Lecture Audio Recording & Kaltura
CETS has equipped several large lecture rooms for students to be able to record lectures as sound files. These files can be uploaded to UNT Health Science Center’s Kaltura account for student usage. CETS supports and trains the designated recording students in the operation of it’s equipment and use of Kaltura.
In order to set up recordings and Kaltura access, students must be designated to serve as recorders. The Academic Coordinator must request authorization for each student for Kaltura, as well as equipment training through CETS. Training does not take very long, and once the students are authorized, they will be ready to record and upload.
To request training, access or for more information, contact CETS at 817-735-2481 or email@example.com.
