COMAT Procedures and Policies

Procedures and policies for the COMAT Exam at UNT HSC.

Procedures:

• COMAT exams are administered on the last Friday of each rotation (Check the calendar below for exact times and locations)
• COMAT exams are 125 questions and last 2½ hours
• Contact TES immediately if there are any errors in scheduling
• Remote site students should verify testing information with their proctor
• Complete all needed software updates prior to coming to the exam
• On the day of the exam, students should bring their:
  • Laptop
  • Charger
  • Ethernet cable (and adapter if needed)
  • Photo ID

Policies:

• • Testing date change
    • Students must get a Request for Absence from Clerkship form approved by their preceptor
    • Students must contact TES to schedule their alternative-date exam
  • Late
    • TCOM Late Policy applies to COMAT exams
  • Parking
    • There is no free parking on campus on COMAT exam days
