Cassie Jo Ardry, M.S, CCSP, GCDFDirector, Career Readiness Center Cassie Jo Ardry, M.S., CCSP, serves as the Director of the Career Readiness Center. She has over 12 years of experience in various facets of higher education administration and student support services and has been at UNTHSC since October 2020. In her current role, she assists in overseeing the general operations of the Center, including the processes for medical students applying to residency, and contributes to student career development initiatives and advising for students in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Medical school and Health and Lifestyle Sciences. Cassie Jo’s interests lie in the correlation of personal and professional development in leadership coupled work determinents of health. being Brené Brown’s biggest fan girl is a huge title for Cassie Jo. Prior to the draw of higher education, Cassie Jo served in several capacities in the Finance sector for over a decade. Cassie Jo has served at Tarleton State University in Advising and Academic Affairs, Tarrant County College as a Career and Technical Education Academic Advisor for Health Care Profession students and still serves as an adjunct instructor at the Trinity River Campus. Cassie Jo is a keynote and training professional who will be presenting globally in career development on her work on the importance of belonging and burnout. Cassie Jo holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business and Psychology also from Tarleton State University. Cassie Jo holds the distinction of Nationally Certified Career Services Provider through the National Career Development Association along with being a Certified Global Career Develoment Facilitator. Cassie Jo is currently in the process of pursuing her Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) from Liberty University. Cassie Jo is a servant leader who currently serves as a Champion for Girl’s Inc. of Tarrant County and serves other local organizations and volunteers with her church. Cassie Jo also serves on numerous professional and civic boards and committees including serving as board member for InterLink, the Metroplex Area Consortium of Career Centers, National Counsel on Residency Placement, AACOM Military/HPSP Advisor Interest Group, Diversity and Equity Counsel at Tarrant County College and is an Engagement Champion for UNTHSC. In her time of leisure, she is an avid Estate Fanatic and a urban chicken farmer while also enjoying DYI renovations withher guru husband. Isabella Anzaldua. M.Ed., CCSP
817-735-2716 Assistant Director, Career Readiness Center Isabella Anzaldua, M.Ed., CCSP, is the Assistant Director of the Career Readiness Center. She is a seasoned career services professional passionate about empowering individuals through leveraging connections and data. With eight years of higher education experience, Isabella’s background lies in professional development, career coaching, and policy analysis. Currently, she provides one-on-one career counseling and collaborates with Cassie Jo Ardry, CRC Director, to oversee CRC operations and implement workshops and resources. Isabella believes in the power of intersecting holistic coaching techniques and development theory by implementing methodologies in tailored guidance designed to coach and train students to see themselves not for the sum of their parts but rather who they are and all aspects of their lives and accomplishments. Driven by data, Isabella uses trends to develop resources to meet students where they are. Isabella hails from San Antonio, TX, and has called Fort Worth home since 2021. Additionally, Isabella is a proud alumna of Arizona State University (B.S.) and the University of Texas at San Antonio (M.Ed.). Further, she is a Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP) through the National Career Development Association. She finds great joy in giving back to the local community and her alma mater by serving on the boards of the ASU Dallas-Fort Worth Alumni Association, Woman’s Club of Fort Worth/Junior Woman’s Club of Fort Worth, Fort Worth Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter, and TCU Delta Gamma House Corporation. Outside of work, Isabella stays active through barre and yoga and plays on her recreational kickball team. She loves showing off her adorable niece, Adeline, and her cat, Andi. She also is a TCU Horned Frogs and Arizona State Sun Devils fan. |

Stephanie Green, M.A., CCSP
817-735-2251 Senior Student Services Coordinator, Career Readiness Center Stephanie is a higher education professional who has experience supporting student success through roles in educational partnerships, student services, and project management. Most recently, she served as Coordinator II for Educational Partnerships at Tarrant County College, where she collaborated with high school administrators, developed dual enrollment programs, and implemented initiatives to enhance student outcomes. She also has experience as an Administrative Specialist, where she streamlined operations, managed large-scale projects, and supported leadership teams.
Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Tarleton State University. Demonstrating her commitment to career development, she is a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) through the National Career Development Association. Stephanie is passionate about empowering students to recognize their full potential and navigate their professional journeys with confidence. Stephanie was born in Canada and relocated to Texas in 2007. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and hanging out with her three cats, bearded dragon, and Great Dane. |
