Coaching Training and Workshop Opportunities
Coaching Q & A Sessions
These sessions are intended to assist team members in understanding our campus-wide coaching program as a part of our values-based culture. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the program and learn more about coaching expectations.
Team Member Training
This training is intended for any team member who would like to be trained on the foundational coaching principles and processes for coaching on campus.
We will discuss why we are seeking to build a values-based coaching culture as well as the campus-wide use of both formal and informal coaching.
3 Step Model for Coaching
This workshop consists of putting into practice the International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies in an easy to follow 3 Step Process. Participants will have an opportunity to practice using these best practices and techniques with peers and receive feedback for improving their coaching skills.
Faculty Coaching Training
This training is designed for faculty members to be trained on the coaching program and learn how it is designed to support them in their role within the institution.
We will discuss why we are seeking to build a values-based coaching culture as well as the campus-wide use of both formal and informal coaching.
