The Office of Culture & Experience launched two new committees in 2020 to provide opportunities for those who would like to further develop their professional skills while making a difference. These committees will continue to make significant contributions to our culture initiatives below: ​​

Creating a climate of recognition and appreciation ​

  • Evolve HSC’s Valubility recognition programs ​
  • Enhance existing events like PeopleFest ​
  • Expand recognition opportunities ​

Building supervisor capabilities through connection and community ​

  • Develop relevant, meaningful content to drive engagement ​
  • Create roundtable opportunities where supervisors can connect, share best practices, and learn from their peers ​
  • Contribute to a dedicated website for supervisors ​
