Chemistry, Formulations & Base Rates

Medicinal chemistry services include the custom synthesis of small molecule compounds for use in both in vitro and in vivo biological studies. Most compounds can be prepared on a scale of anywhere from 100 mg to 10 grams. Preparation of small libraries of compounds (20-25 analogs at 5-10 mg each) for screening and the development of structure-activity relationships is also available. Compound characterization and analysis includes 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS, and if appropriate, optical rotation.

Note: Prior to any of the following services, the cost of the project will be agreed upon. The total cost will be based on the following services and rates, but will depend upon the nature and complexity of the project.
