Antibiotic Screening

In vitro antibacterial evaluations including minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) determinations as well as time-kill curves.

Flow Cytometry, Laser Capture Microdissection, & Fluorescence Microscopy

Antibody Response

Serum samples from various rodent disease models are measured for total immunoglobulin and isotype profiles.

Cytokine Response

Serum samples are quantitatively profiled for cytokine production within a number of rodent disease models.

Biofilm Assays

In vitro methods quantitatively determine phenotypic variation and drug efficacy for gram-positive and gram-negative biofilms.
