Jennifer LaBuy – HSC Health Administration

Over the last few months I’ve reached out to Jennifer LaBuy, HSC Health’s Credentialing Manager, for time sensitive “special” requests, questions and projects. Jennifer’s responses, communication and follow up exceeds my expectations. She demonstrates our HSC values by consistently honoring and following through on her action items and timelines. I cannot think of a time that I had to follow up with Jennifer, she’s always one to follow up! One recent request required Jennifer to connect with a external organization regarding the participation of our clinicians with an insurance plan. This insurance plan is one of our largest patient populations. Her communication and follow-up was professional and consistent on this urgent time sensitive issue that could have potentially impacted patients’ access to care. Jennifer’s contribution was essential in moving the resolution forward. Additionally Jennifer as a manager, acknowledges and highlights her team member’s expertise and knowledge. She engages them in the project or communication early and frequently. Jennifer though her daily work she shows her commitment to HSC and HSC Health success and continued improvement. I am very grateful for to have Jennifer as part of our team!
