The International Services Office assists students and scholars navigate complex F1 and J1 immigration regulations, assists with employment based visa applications, and provides cultural and academic programming to help adjust to a life in the United States.
The International Services Office provides individual consultations, workshops, and written information to help international students and scholars comply with regulations. ISO conducts orientation for all new international students and scholars and also coordinates various intercultural programs and events year-round.
The UNT Health Science Center is required to comply with immigration regulations as well. The International Services Office interacts with government offices to keep the UNT Health Science Center in compliance. Immigration is difficult and complicated. ISO is committed to helping students and scholars with the process.
