Post-Thanksgiving Holiday Message

November 26, 2018 • Office of the Provost

My first semester as your Provost has been busy, enlightening and invigorating.  It has been a true pleasure getting to know the faculty, staff and students of our outstanding University.  I have spent much of my time listening, so I could get a detailed sense of the Health Science Center and the people who make it such a special place.  It has been a pleasure engaging with students, staff and faculty from all of our schools and colleges and hearing about the outstanding things happening on our campus.

Now that we are all refreshed and rejuvenated after the holiday weekend, it’s time to focus on ending the fall semester strong. With the last days of classes quickly approaching and exams on the horizon, I want to wish you all the best for the final push.

Please take time to acknowledge and celebrate everything you have accomplished this semester.
