Buy a parking permit
Parking permits are available for purchase online. You may access this site to purchase your permit.
Online payment options include credit and debit cards. No refunds, all sales are final. Permits purchased online or in office will be mailed to the registrant’s preferred address. Please print your receipt at the end of your transaction to use as a temporary permit until the actual permit is mailed to you.
In-person payment options include check, credit and debit cards.
Everyone will need to renew their permit annually, updating or confirming their vehicle information. All outstanding parking citations must be paid before obtaining a new parking permit. Fines may be paid online or in the Parking Office Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, citation number is required.

The ‘Police Visitor‘ parking spaces are available for Police Department business only. Once your business is complete, you must vacate the space. There is no permit required for these visitor spaces, but you must be conducting business within the Police Department. You may NOT leave your vehicle parked in these spaces once you have left the Police Department.
Law enforcement services are provided by the Police Department.
