Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations occurring on or before March 16th will receive a full refund of the registration payment.

Cancellations after March 16th will not be refunded.

•  How many students can I expect?
  • We currently have 130 students enrolled in our DPT program, all of which will be required to attend the career fair.  We also invite the local PTA program from Tarrant County College.
•  What is included in the registration fee?
  •  Each registered facility will have a table and two chairs at the career fair and will be listed on the Career Fair program.  The registration fee also includes lunch for two and drinks during set-up.
•  When can I arrive to set-up?
  •  The room will be available for set-up starting at 12:00 PM the day of the event.
• Where do I send my check and registration?

•  Can I pay with a credit card online?
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process credit cards at this time.

PARKING

Event parking will be in front of the MET Building marked visitors. Parking will also be available next to the Medical Education & Training (MET) Building in lots 19 & 7, which is on Haskell & Bunting Ave. You will not be required to have a parking pass. Be sure to follow any standard rules accommodating handicapped spaces.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From north of downtown Fort Worth:
Drive south on I-35W to the Northside Drive/Yucca exit. Turn right onto Northside Drive. Northside Drive changes to University Drive at Jacksboro Highway (Highway 199). At the intersection of University Drive, Seventh Street, and Camp Bowie Boulevard, turn right onto Camp Bowie Boulevard (red brick street). Proceed to the light at the intersection of Camp Bowie Boulevard and Montgomery Street. Turn right on Montgomery Street and then left on Bunting Avenue in front of the Medical Education & Training Building (Building 13 on the campus map) at 1000 Montgomery Street to unload.  Free parking is available to vendors and to guests in lots 19 and 7 or in the Montgomery Street garage.

From west of downtown Fort Worth:
Drive east on I-30. Exit Montgomery Street and turn left. Go approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Montgomery Street, Lancaster Drive and Camp Bowie Boulevard (red brick street). Proceed through the light on Montgomery Street and then left on Bunting Avenue in front of the Medical Education & Training Building (Building 13 on the campus map) at 1000 Montgomery Street to unload.  Free parking is available to vendors and to guests in lots 19 and 7 or in the Montgomery Street garage.

From south of downtown Fort Worth:
Drive north on I-35W. Exit west on I-30. Take I-30 to the Montgomery Street exit. The service road will take you to the light at Montgomery Street. Turn right. From DFW Airport:
Exit DFW Airport via the south exit. Follow the signs for Hwy 121/183 west. Exit East Loop 820. Move into the far left-hand lane to stay on Hwy 121 to downtown. Exit to I-35W southbound. Go west toward downtown Fort Worth. Drive west on I-30. Exit Montgomery Street and turn right. Go approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Montgomery Street,
Lancaster Drive, and Camp Bowie Boulevard (red brick street). Proceed through the intersection on Montgomery Street and turn left on Bunting Avenue in front of the Medical Education & Training Building (Building 13 on the campus map) at 1000 Montgomery Street to unload.  Free parking is available to vendors and to guests in lots 19 and 7 or in the Montgomery Street garage.
