A Week-Long Event for High School Students

Meeting a person or having an experience can inspire a high schooler to embark on a career journey that they never contemplated before encountering that person or experience. Our inaugural Changemakers for Health Summer Camp happened in June 2023 and aimed to provide those encounters, experiences, and inspiration to high school students who had never considered health care as a career. At Changemakers for Health Summer Camp, we provide teaching tools and guidance to encourage students to find their voice and to express themselves about healthcare issues in their communities that they are passionate about influencing or changing.

2024 Changemakers for Health Summer Camp Registration is NOW OPEN!

The details:

Who: High school students entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

When: June 10th – 14th, 2024 from 8:00am – 3:30pm daily.

Where: Weatherford College (255 College Park Drive Weatherford, TX 76086).

Cost: $5 per camper to cover the camper’s t-shirt.
