Mission

The mission of the Room Scheduling Office is to provide current scheduling information to ensure the integrity and accuracy of classes and meetings scheduled at UNT Health.

Room Scheduling Priority

The Room Scheduling Office assigns space in the priority order listed below:

1. Classroom Requests

2. Administrative/Academic meetings

3. Official Health Science Center functions

4. Official Health Science Center groups and individuals

5. Requests by non-health science center groups

Room Scheduling Request Cycle by Semester

Spring 2026	Academic – Contact Room Scheduling All Others – December 8th at 10 AM
Summer 2025	Academic – Contact Room Scheduling All Others – May 11th at 10 AM
