Protocol Submission Deadline

Due to the extensive pre-review process, we strictly adhere to the deadline dates. Please contact the IACUC Office with any concerns in meeting the protocol submission deadline.

IACUC Office Consult

While not required for IACUC review, the IACUC Office provides the service for a consultation to assist with the drafting of a protocol or an amendment to the protocol. This can be conducted either virtually or in person (a map to our location can be provided upon request). To schedule a consult, please complete the Consult Form, found in the IACUC Forms on our website. 

IACUC Fees

The IACUC Fee scheduled is developed to cover costs associated with IACUC review and staff activities for animal research in which contracts or agreements do not include full Facilities and Administrative (F&A) indirect costs components. If this applies to you, please contact the IACUC Office for Information regarding the fee schedule.
