Before you fill out this form:

1. Enrolling Users in Canvas:
Student, faculty, and teaching assistant (TA) user enrollments in Canvas are automated with information uploaded from the Registrar’s Office to Canvas. These automation processes take place a few times per day, but new enrollments may take up to 24 hours to be processed. All requests to add students, faculty, and teaching assistants to a credit-bearing course must be sent to the Registrar’s Office first at registrar@unthsc.edu. This ensures that all the relevant parties on campus have the appropriate information about student and faculty enrollment in credit-bearing courses.

2. To add Teaching Assistants to a course, please follow the steps on the Teaching Assistants at UNTHSC page.

3. Canvas Course Copies: Please use this form.

4. Mediasite Video Transfer: Please use this form.
