UNT Health Science Center Adds Muddasani as New Gastroenterologist

The University of North Texas Health Science Center has added gastroenterologist Pavani Muddasani, MD, to its faculty and physician group.

Dr. Muddasani joined the Department of Internal Medicine as an assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology.

Prior to arriving at UNT Health Science Center, Dr. Muddasani was in private practice at the Metropolitan Liver Disease and Gastroenterology Center in Fairfax, Va.

She served her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Shadyside.

Dr. Muddasani is board certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology, and is seeing patients at the Patient Care Center, 855 Montgomery on the Fort Worth campus of UNTHSC. Appointments can be made by calling (817) 735-2660.
