The UNT Health Science Center Foundation is raffling off free airfare, hotel and tickets to an upcoming Chicago concert as part of its annual Evening with a Legend fundraiser.

A maximum of 1,000 raffle tickets will be sold, with the drawing scheduled for Nov. 15 at Bass Performance Hall. The winner will receive round-trip airfare for two on Southwest Airlines, a $250 Marriott gift card, two tickets to a future Chicago concert and an autographed guitar signed by the members of the band.

Raffle tickets are $20 apiece, or six tickets for $100. They are available for purchase on the Evening with a Legend website. The winner does not need to be present at Bass Hall to claim the prize.

Those who buy six raffle tickets by 10 a.m. on Nov. 14 will be entered into a drawing to receive two free concert tickets to the Evening with a Legend concert at Bass Hall on Nov. 15.  This year’s concert features Chicago, whose jazz-infused rock sound has forged new paths in popular music.

Chairs for the benefit event are Molly and Rusty Reid. Honorary chairs are Marilyn and Mike Berry. Proceeds from the concert and the raffle support UNTHSC Foundation’s commitment to patient-centered education, ground-breaking research and health care.
