An Evening with a Legend presented by Chase and J.P. Morgan, UNT Health Science Center’s signature fundraising event, will feature Vince Gill, one of country music’s most popular and honored artists, in a November 17 presentation at Fort Worth’s famous Bass Performance Hall.

Tickets are now on sale. Proceeds will support UNTHSC Foundation’s commitment to values-based, patient-focused education, discovery and health care.

Chairs for the benefit event are Dana and Dee Kelly. Honorary chairs are Molly and Rusty Reid.

Sponsorships for the event still are available.

Vince Gill, described by Rolling Stone magazine as “country music’s renaissance man,” has won 20 Grammy Awards, more than any other male country artist. He is a five-time winner of the Country Music Association’s award for best male vocalist, equaling George Strait for the most wins in that category.

Gill was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame by the Country Music Association in 2007.
