AAO Convocation Features Multiple TCOM Faculty

Colorado Springs, CO – The 2024 American Academy of Osteopathy Convocation is slated to begin this evening at the Broadmoor. This year our very own Dr. Sajid Surve will serve as Program Chair for the conference, and the theme is Maximizing Human Performance. Talks and workshops are organized by day, with Day 1 focusing on athletes, and including HSC Faculty Dr. Mindy Hansen and Dr. Dante Paredes. Day 2 will focus on performing artists and feature our Performing Arts Medicine Fellow, Dr. Stephen Fung, as well as Dr. Yein Lee. Day 3 will discuss the military and a lecture on Correctional Medicine by Dr. James Aston.
Convocation is the largest international conference dedicated to Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, with over 1200 physicians, residents, and medical students expected to attend from several countries.
