Sabrina White shares leadership journey at Board of Regents meeting

We are extremely proud of Sabrina White, a PhD Candidate who studies tick-borne diseases and tick microbiomes in Dr. Michael Allen’s Lab. Sabrina represented SBS during the Student Spotlight portion of the UNT System Board of Regents meeting this week.
As president of the Student Association of Biomedical Sciences, Sabrina shared her story and highlighted the importance and student leadership in her educational journey:
“Being an active member of my community and working together to strive for the very best is the most fulfilling part of being a student leader. Knowing that I can make a difference is what drives me to continue pushing for better.”
