Dr. Knebl to address Tarrant County Medical Society

Janice Knebl, DO, will discuss "Discharge planning and care coordination for older adults: An opportunity to improve patient outcomes" during the Oct. 2 meeting of the Tarrant County Medical Society.

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. at the medical society, 555 Hemphill St. Reservations are not required.

Dr. Knebl, will also talk about Safe Transitions for Elderly Patients or STEP, a 1115 waiver program that has helped decrease patient hospital readmission within 30 days of discharge from local hospitals.
