Accepted Students

UNT Health Students Taken On Campus On June 25, 2024.

Congratulations on your acceptance to the College of Nursing!

Once you have accepted your seat, please be on the lookout for a Welcome Letter. This welcome letter will include specific, important program information.

All students need to be on the lookout for UNT Health onboarding instructions, which will include information about student email account activation, student parking, canvas access, and Medicat.

Licensing: You may receive a call from the College of Nursing Office of Student Success team to collect your SSN, which must be sent to the Texas Board of Nursing. Continue to check your email for instructions from Identogo/Morphotrust to complete the screenings and move forward immediately.

Immunizations: Please visit the Student Health website for a list of required immunizations for UNT Health students. In addition to uploading your health information to MediCat for the Student Health Clinic, you will also be required to upload it to Exxat for the College of Nursing.

Drug Screen and Background Check: You will receive an email from Certiphi/ApplicationStation to complete your drug screen and background check.

These screenings are paid for by students and must be completed before classes start.

For questions about immunizations, please contact studenthealth@unthealth.edu.

For questions regarding Exxat, please contact Sara Ayers at sara.ayers@unthealth.edu.

For other questions you may have, please contact the Student Success Team:

For all hyphenated last names, the last surname will be used to assign your coach. For example, if your last name is Smith-Jones, Gayla Barrett is your Coach. If your last name is Jones-Smith, Melanie Narro is your Coach.
