  • Progression Workout: After you complete each exercise, start over and add next exercise (20 min. Time cap) Ex: 5 burpees. Then 5 burpees and 10 pushups. Then 5 burpees, 10 pushups, 200m run, etc. 
  • 5 Burpees

  • 15 Dips 
  • 20 Lunges 
  • 25 Sit-ups

CETS News: Updates on Zoom/Teams/Hybrid events Ready Rooms


Updated rooms:

• RES 326 is now web conference ready with two camera’s and ceiling mics.
• EAD 406, EAD 703, EAD 714 and EAD 719 were distance learning ready but now
have had ceiling mics added.

These new additions bring the Zoom/Teams ready rooms up to 20 across campus. CETS is striving to increase the number of these rooms due to the increased need, so be sure to check the CETS website for updates.

Do you love telling others about HSC? Does the thought of having a significant impact on the future classes of your program excite you? Consider applying to be a Student Ambassador for the Fall 2022-Spring 2023! Student Ambassadors speak on student panels, provide campus tours, help with institution events and more! They play a vital part in welcoming prospective students and representing the HSC culture to our community.

Applications are officially open and the deadline is Wednesday, April 13th. Simply feel out the application provided at the link below and follow the instructions to submit your interview via “Big Interview.” The Admissions & Recruitment Office will review each application and a select number of ambassadors will be chosen for each College. If you have previously been a part of the Student Ambassador program, you will need to reapply. You must be a 2nd year student in your college by the Summer/Fall 2022 to be eligible. Decisions will be communicated via email by April 29th.
