Wheels for Wellness is in need of volunteers for the annual Wheels for Wellness Benefit Car Show benefiting the SCREEN, CARE and CURE of prostate cancer. September 21st!

Wheels for Wellness is in need of volunteers for the annual Wheels for Wellness Benefit Car Show benefiting the SCREEN, CARE and CURE of prostate cancer. This event will take place on Saturday, September 21st in Downtown Fort Worth.

There are multiple ones to two-hour shifts between 6am-3pm. Each gate location will have two volunteers man a barricade to ensure no traffic flow in/out of the event. Chairs will be provided. Please sign up for as many shifts as you would like to work. Multiple shifts are not required to be back to back. For example, you may work the 7-9am shift and the 1-3pm shift.

Event Day Check-In: All volunteers will initially report to the Volunteer Tent on Main Street between 6th and 7th Streets at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the shift. You will receive a volunteer lanyard and clipboard. Volunteer Verification Records will be available as needed at the end of shifts. T-shirts will be available for pickup after the event. Unfilled volunteer locations may cause your assigned location to be changed to accommodate the needs of the car show.

Parking: Most of downtown Fort Worth will be blocked off for the car show. Please plan ahead accordingly for parking. Weekend parking is free at all downtown Fort Worth parking meters and Sundance Square GARAGES: #1-201 Commerce Street, #2-400 Jones Street and #3-420 Throckmorton. Do Not Park in Loading Zones.

Most parking LOTS do not have weekend attendants; however, parking is free when ticket is validated by a Sundance Square merchant.

Beneficiaries: SCREEN-Prostate Cancer Resource Center (PCRC), CARE-Cancer Care Services, CURE-University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC)
