Updated Mail Services Schedule and Holiday Schedule
Mail Services hours are 8 am to 5 pm. Monday through Friday.
We still have several options for handling your mail:
If you want to continue to pick up your mail, someone will be in the mail office on the first floor of the Everett building between noon and 2 p.m. every day.
If you have a team member in the office every day, we can deliver and pick up mail daily.
If there will be someone in your office only once a week, please ask them to contact us, and we will deliver the mail to them on the same day.
At present most of the departments on campus have an employee working in the office, if not every day then at least once a week, so we are sending your checks and invoices to your department. If you would prefer that we send your checks and/or invoices to the Finance Office on Seventh Street, please let us know by emailing or calling us.
For the Holidays:
For the Winter Holiday, December 24 -31, we will be open on Dec.28 and 30 from 8am to 12pm. Mail will be delivered and picked up in the Health Pavilion on these two days. If anyone from the other departments would like to pick up their mail or have mail that needs to be sent out on these days they may do so by coming to Mail Services on the first floor of the Everett building between 11 am and noon.
