UNTHSC’s Annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure Now Available!

HSC requires all Employees including Students paid from sponsored grants to complete the Annual Conflict of Interest eDisclosure process and certify that they have reviewed and are familiar with their responsibilities as described by policy and regulations. Completing Conflict of Interest disclosure forms annually ensures the people of the State of Texas may have complete confidence in the integrity of their public servants, who adhere to the highest ethical standards and principles of higher education staff and associated community members.

The completion deadline is October 1, 2019.  You can refer to our COI eDisclosure Reference Guide that address Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and provides guidance in navigating through the UNTHSC’s COI eDisclosure form.  

You are welcome to attend one of our optional information sessions scheduled in LIB 225 where there will be an opportunity to complete your disclosure with assistance:

 September 9th:           10-11AM, 2-3PM or 5-6PM

September 11th:          1-3PM

This requirement applies to:

All staff and anyone engaged in research with UNTHSC.  In addition, all UNTHSC personnel, including, but not limited to, administrators, faculty, staff, post-doctoral fellows, students, interns, residents, collaborators, subcontractors or consultants whose institutional responsibilities include the design, conduct or reporting of Research, funded, unfunded or proposed for funding.
