UNT System Chancellor Lesa Roe, former Deputy Administrator for NASA; and Regent Laura Wright, former CFO for Southwest Airlines, will join President Williams at this Town Hall. You’ll learn about Chancellor Roe’s experience helping lead NASA and her major priorities for the UNT System.
Regent Wright will discuss how Southwest Airlines built an engaged workforce. And Dr. Williams will address how we can apply some of their lessons to our culture at UNTHSC.
Also among the topics to be discussed is the Gallup Employee Engagement Survey.
