Talisa Silzer to Present Thesis Seminar: “The Intersection of Type 2 Diabetes and Cognitive Impairment in Mexican Americans: Insights from the Mitochondria”

In partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Master of Science degree in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Talisa Silzer will present a seminar entitled, “The Intersection of Type 2 Diabetes and Cognitive Impairment in Mexican Americans: Insights from the Mitochondria” on April 4, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in CBH-230. The campus community is invited to attend. A private defense with the advisory committee will immediately follow the seminar.

Ms. Silzer is a master’s candidate in Molecular Genetics, under the supervision of Nicole Phillips, Ph.D.
