Now you can express your thoughts on the "campus carry" law by taking a survey.
The law, which takes effect Aug. 1, 2016, allows each public university in Texas to develop a policy that makes sense for its campus, while recognizing the rights of those with concealed handgun licenses and not interfering with the spirit and intent of the legislation.
Other ways to provide input:
- Attend one of our four open forums that are scheduled from Nov. 2-5.
