The EMS system will open to the campus on Wednesday, May 10th, at 10 a.m. for spring room requests (June and July).
Please submit your room requests for spring through the EMS system at the following link: https://unthsc.emscloudservice.com/web/samlauth.aspx
If you get an error message of “Ambiguous User Found in the System,” please email the Room Scheduling Office at rooms@unthsc.edu to activate your account. If you have had another name associated with your EMPLID, please include this information so this account can be deactivated.
If you get a message of “access denied,” please send an email to the Room Scheduling Office at rooms@unthsc.edu with your EMLPID and EUID.
