Participation in this four part monthly series will build upon and enhance your existing mentoring skills. The workshop content will be based on the National Research Mentoring Network, which provides evidence-based mentoring development. Overall goal of the series is to facilitate the creation of productive and culturally responsive mentor relationships in the Health Sciences. The following topics will be covered: 1) Mentoring Best Practices; 2) Mentoring Across Career Stages; 3) Diversity/Culturally Focused Practices; and 4) Sponsorship Skills.
