Step and Strength Class Today at 12:00pm (NO Yoga or Sculpt Today)

There will be a Step and Strength class with Kelsey from 12:00-12:45pm. This format will have alternating high intensity bouts of cardio using the step with a variety of strength moves to give you a fun, full body workout! There will be no Yoga or Sculpt.
