Rohit Ojha, DrPH is Director of the JPS Health Network Center for Outcomes Research and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the UNT Health Science Center School of Public Health. His doctoral training was in epidemiologic methods. He received additional training in biostatistics during his Postdoctoral Fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School with a focus on the development, validation, and implementation of clinical prediction models. His primary research interests are related to cancer and hepatitis C virus infections. A central theme of his work has been the application of modern methods for causal and prediction research to assess and improve health outcomes, assess and improve the validity of available evidence, and identify and reduce health inequalities.
