Summer enrollment will be held between July 3 – 14 for UNT. System, HSC and Dallas will be held between July 10 – 21.
In order to prepare for Summer Enrollment verify your information on file with Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS). Make sure your name, mailing address, email and other dependent information is correct and up-to date by May 24. Current benefit statements and summer enrollment material will be mailed starting on June 1.
To verify or update personal information, employees should:
1.Visit “My Account Login” on the ERS website.
2.Click “Proceed to Login” if you have not already registered. Click “Register Now” to create an account.
3.After logging in your home page will come up.
4. Review all personal/dependent information.
5.If you make changes, don’t forget to save.
