In celebration of National Healthcare Simulation Week and the Recover Hope Campaign, IHI Open School Fort Worth Chapter and the SIMS organization is holding an Overdose Simulation Event. The event will be held in the SIM lab on the 4th floor of the MET from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. The first 30 people to sign up will be able to see the event live in the SIM lab or surgical suite. Everyone else will be able to view the event on the big screen in MET 124! Be ready to watch an emergent simulated case and have a discussion about the treatment of patients suffering from an overdose and substance use disorder.
