New Helpdesk Ticketing System

We are excited to introduce you to our new work order ticketing system for HSC faculty and staff: https://unthsc.samanage.com. This system will be used to place IT break/fix work orders as well as service requests. This new ticketing system will replace, our legacy system, Help Desk Authority work order system, effective Thursday Feb 28th. 2019.
