National Personal Self-Defense Awareness Month

This month is dedicated to educate women about realistic self-defense options by reducing the likelihood of assault through both confrontation avoidance and actual techniques of countering an attack. This is only a 1½ hour long class that will be offered throughout the month of January.

The first class is: Wednesday, January 14th 11:30am-1pm EAD 291
