HSC Staff Performance Evaluations

We are wrapping up the staff performance evaluation cycle for FY 2021. Staff who were hired by 11/30/2020 who have not yet completed their self-evaluation are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.

Below are the steps and corresponding due dates involved in the annual performance evaluation in PeopleAdmin for staff hired by 11/30/2020:

For new staff team members hired between 12/1/2020 – 1/31/2021, there is an abbreviated performance evaluation in PeopleAdmin, and it is mostly driven by the supervisor:

All staff hired 2/1/2021 or later will be included in the upcoming fiscal year’s performance management cycle, so no action is needed at this time.

To get the most from your feedback discussions, you are invited to explore these resources and review our HSC Strategic Roadmap. This will help ensure feedback and goals are consistent with HSC’s mission, goals, and strategy. New for this year are two optional trainings specifically focused on giving or receiving feedback:

Staff will set OKRs at the beginning of the FY 2022 performance management cycle, and interactive OKR Development Workshops will be held in August. Faculty and staff are invited  to attend one session, and you can register in Learn HSC.

      • Tuesday, August 3rd from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in IREB 250
      • Thursday, August 5th from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in EAD 506
      • Tuesday, August 11th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Virtual session)
