Thank you for your cooperation in adjusting to the new OKR schedule. We realize that for some of you, this meant an adjustment in the work you already had done in order to consolidate and coordinate our campus-specific processes to align with and support our movement toward a UNT System strategic planning process.
This is an important reminder that the first and only check-in period for this truncated OKR evaluation year begins Feb. 1, 2023.

Below are the deadlines for the FY 2023 evaluation period,
Dec. 9, 2022: Enter and approve OKR plans
Feb. 1-15, 2023: Performance check-in
April 1-14: Employee self-evaluation
May 31, 2023: Supervisor evaluation, second-level supervisor approval, end-of-year meeting, employee acknowledges evaluation
