Friday Workout Roulette: Strength Intervals

Come for workout roulette this Friday at 12:15-1:00pm to get your total body strength workout in. We will use body weight strength exercises, dumbbell exercises and high intensity cardio intervals to work up a serious sweat. You will leave feeling accomplished!
