Faculty evaluations and staff performance feedback due Sept. 30

All direct supervisors will complete a faculty evaluation or staff performance feedback form for each employee (hired before July 1, 2017) by Sept. 30.

ITS recently made updates to the app and provides these instructions:

  o Supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (on Mac). You will see a notice indicating the browser is not supported when attempting to use IE or Edge.

  o The application will log you out due to inactivity after 25 minutes, and will display a message indicating that your session has ended. Please log in again before continuing your work. Please note, typing is considered activity, and will keep the session active.

  o Make sure that you are seeing green "Successfully saved changes!" notices as you work within the application. You can also click the Save button as you move through the process to guarantee that changes are being saved.

  o While every effort has been taken to avoid problems within the system, loss of internet connectivity or other computer-related issues may cause errors. If this occurs, you will see a red error message such as "You appear to be having internet connectivity issues, please check your internet connection." If you see this message, DO NOT CONTINUE working in the application.

Any work after a red error message will be lost. If this happens, reconnect, and immediately log out and log back in. If you continue to receive this error message, please contact the ITS Helpdesk: helpdesk@unthsc.edu or 817-735-2192.
