Starting this September, join us as we delve into an enriching book study, aiming to elevate the substance and engagement of our monthly meetings. Here’s a glimpse of how we plan to organize each monthly meeting:
- Book Club Discussions (30 minutes): Dive into thought-provoking discussions, sharing insights and revelations from our collective readings.
- Best Practices Showcase (15 minutes): A platform to spotlight effective methodologies and indispensable tools that can transform our project management journey.
- Research Segment (15 minutes): Carve out time to unearth and discuss additional resources that can amplify our knowledge.
We’ve chosen the “Harvard Business Review Project Management Handbook: How to Launch, Lead, and Sponsor Successful Projects” as our guiding text. While most of our sessions will be hosted virtually via Zoom, we’ve earmarked two special in-person sessions in December and June to foster deeper connections.
