Since the Valubility program started in early 2015, you’ve shared remarkable stories about teammates living our values.
The co-worker who came to the aid of an injured patient. The teammate who overcame personal tragedy to lead her team through a critical transition. The colleague who started an ESL program for other UNTHSC employees.
If you’ve been sitting on just such a story, now is the time to share it! We are looking for nominations for Valubility of the Year, reserved for extraordinary acts that demonstrate what happens when UNTHSC values are infused into life and work. (Please note that monthly nominees are NOT automatically entered for Valubility of the Year.)
Not sure who is a good candidate for the Valubility of the Year? Here are some things to look for:
- This person is not only living the values in extraordinary ways, they inspire others to do the same and have taken a leadership role to influence our culture.
- They consistently exceed our values in their everyday lives and interaction with others.
- They are an ambassador for our values-based culture.
Don’t hesitate, nominations are due on 10/21! Valubility of the year honorees will be announced in a campus-wide Valubility Celebration on December 3.
