September 11 in RES 326 from 12pm -3pm: Illumnia & 10x Genomics Lunch & Learn
Lunch and Learn session on Sept 11th will take a deep dive into 10X Genomics’ gene expression, ATAC, surface protein and immune profiling technology at the single cell level, finishing up with their soon-to-be-released of spatial transcriptomics technology, Visium. The presentation will cover the tools, reagents and software that enable research and the impact of single cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis on basic and medical research. Illumina will highlight advances in sequencing technologies, latest innovations in sequencing, library prep, and high-throughput analysis of data that are driving a genomics revolution in research studies and precision medicine.
